November 11, 2008, The China 2008 Intelligent Building Brand Awards Ceremony, which is jointly organized by Beijing Intelligent Building & City Information Magazine Agency (Sponsored by China Exploration & Design Association) and the Intelligent Building Technology Training Office from Academy of Officers of the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Construction P.R.C., was held at Beijing Century Guojian Hotel. The Recommendation and Examination criterion of the China 2008 Intelligent Building Brands is: all the products are classified to four large intelligent building products: Cabling System, Building Automation, Safety and Security and Building Intellectualized; the indicators are including: Brand Awareness, Reference Cases, Pricing, Quality and Maintenance and Service and Supports, etc. The experts from Industry, Designing Institute, and Integrators and the professional from the End Users gave their marks according to above criterion and finally Top 10 Brands were chosen.
