1. Before Sales Service
The Oversea Sales Department will be in charge of the Before Sales Service and provides the customers with technical consulting, solution designing and related guidance.
2. In Sales Service
To the customers who select Peak’s products (including hardware and software), the Engineering Department will provide the technical guidance like how to implement the project, cabling and wiring, installing, debugging and the help for secondary development.
3. After Sales Service
A. Three-year limited warranty
To all the hardware devices and software of access control system, we will provide a three-year limited warranty since the products are sold out. Within the warranty periods, all repairs are free of charge.
B. The paid service after the three-year limited warranty period
After the limited warranty period, Shenzhen Peak Electronics Co., Ltd. will provide all its products with lifetime maintenance which is a paid service.
C. After sales service respond time
Shenzhen Peak Electronics Co., Ltd. has an after sales service center which can respond timely.
D. Exclusions from coverage
This Limited Warranty shall not apply and Shenzhen Peak Electronics Co., Ltd. has no liability under this Limited Warranty if the Software or Hardware Device:
◆ is over the Three-year Limited Warranty period; or
◆ is not used, maintained or installed in accordance with the accompanying documentation and instruction; or
◆ is repaired, modified or altered by other than a Shenzhen Peak Electronics Co., Ltd. authorized repair center and the unauthorized center causes or contributes to any defect or damage; or
◆ is altered or modified its warranty certificates by the customer himself without authorization; or
◆ is not accordance with the product’s type or number specified in the warranty certificate; or
◆ is damaged by Acts of God, misuse, abuse, negligence, accidence, wear and tear, mishandling, misapplication, or other causes unrelated to defects in the Hardware Device or the Software.
